Mark is admitted to practice before State and Federal Courts in Connecticut and the United States Tax Court. His practice is primarily devoted to the areas of estate planning, probate and taxes. These areas encompass gift planning, preparation of wills and trusts, administration of trusts, planning for long-term care and Medicaid qualification, settlement of estates in the probate courts, and representation in audits and proceedings before the Internal Revenue Service, the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services, and State and Federal Courts.
Tanya’s practice includes elder law, estate administration, estate and incapacity planning. Tanya graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2007 and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Elder Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association where she has served on the Legislative Committee and is acting as the Continuing Legal Education liaison. She is also a member of the Estates and Probate Section of the Connecticut Bar Association and the Waterbury Bar Association.
