Mark works with individuals and families, providing a full range of estate planning services. The Trusts and Estates Practice Group at Tinley, Renehan & Dost focuses on avoidance and deferral of death taxes and other transfer taxes, on gift and estate planning, on the preparation of simple and sophisticated wills and trusts, and on Medicaid and long-term care issues.

Tanya’s practice includes elder law, estate administration, estate and incapacity planning. Tanya graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2007 and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Elder Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association where she has served on the Legislative Committee and is acting as the Continuing Legal Education liaison.
